Семейные предприятия, это самые стабильные предприятия.Ещё при СССР что-то мало-мальски напоминало - это династии на производстве.Немецкие частные компании к моменту начала кризиса смогли обеспечить себе надежную "подушку безопасности". Предприниматели использовали времена экономического подъема для того, чтобы обеспечить себе финансовую стабильность. Вот в этом и преимущество семейного бизнеса.
В семейной фирме трудовая дисциплина основана на родственных связях, поэтому она вполне сознательно поддерживается всеми сотрудниками. Отсюда высочайшее качество продукции, постоянное ее совершенствование и увеличение разнообразия. Но перенять этот опыт, например, России, невозможно: за годы советской власти крупной государственной промышленностью и коммунистической идеологией были на корню пресечены возможности создания обособленных малых семейных предприятий ремесленного или промышленного характера. Попытки создания такой формы производства даже в сельском хозяйстве России наталкивается на огромные трудности и подчас сопряжено с риском для жизни.
Семейный бизнес - это хорошее дело,но надо помнить(из личного опыта),что он может как сплотить,так и разрушить семью.
